I want to thank you for your assistance in giving us a price for our holiday – we have decided to book with a local agent and I wanted to let you know. The decision was more because we were at the agent and had been there so long that we just wanted to get the thing booked however I have already recommended you to friends who are talking about taking a holiday and in the future our planning will be better so I will use you to book our family holidays from this point forward.
I know that doesn’t help with this one but I am returning to the workforce and we have decided that a family holiday to a different country each year will be part of our reward for having two working parents so I look forward at least once a year to contacting you for recommendations and ideas and to book our travel. There are very few people left these days who really care about their jobs and their customers but Kylie is obviously one of them. We wanted to go to Phuket at a very busy time of the year and with difficult needs as we are a family with very young children who were travelling with a family who has teenagers. I would have thought working with those dynamics was almost impossible when trying to find something that suited everyone but Kylie persevered until she came up with a package that not only suited allthe needs we listed but also stayed within our budget (which was not big…). I would recommend Kylie as a travel consultant to anyone.

Hi Kylie,
Thank-you so much for organising our holiday to Hong Kong last month. We had a fabulous time and really were impressed by and enjoyed Hong Kong. The DMC tour operators for our transfers and tour to Ocean Park were all on time and very organised.
The kids LOVED Disneyland. In fact the Hong Kong Disneyland caters for kids under 7 years old really well. We celebrated Adam's 4th birthday at the Enchanted Garden Restaurant with the Disney characters(at the other Disneyland hotel from where we were staying) . The highlight was Tigger bringing him his cake. Attached are some photos.
